Reverse Lunge Stance

The length from heel to heel is 1.5 times the width of the shoulders and the heels are on the same line (no width), with the front foot turned in 22.5 degrees and the back foot turned out 135 degrees. The front leg is relaxed straight and the back knee is bent so the knee is over the toes, with both knees pressing outward. Both feet are flat and the hips are shifted toward your back leg with your center just in front of your back heel and the weight carried (60/40) by the back leg. The body leans slightly toward the back leg and is turned 70 degrees.
