Lunge Punch Stance also called Hanmi Dachi
There is 2.5 foot lengths between the back toes and the front heel, lengthwise, and your heels meet at the same line width-wise (there is no width). Both feet are flat, the front foot straight and the back one at 45 degrees. The front knee is bent enough for the front edge of your knee to be even with the front edge of your toes, with outward pressure on the knee, and the back leg is straight. The upper body is leaned forward at the same angle as the back leg. The weight is equal between your feet.
