Detailed Descriptions
From masuba dachi, rei, then open to hachiji dachi.
1. Set your right foot back and out 45 degrees to your right, in shiko dachi, twist your body to the right as you throw a left gedan uke.
2. Set your left foot back and out 45 degrees to your left, in shiko dachi, twist your body to the left as you throw a right soto uke.
3. Set your right foot back and out 45 degrees to your right, in shiko dachi, twist your body to the right as you throw a left jodan uke.
4. Step your left foot straight back into a mahamni neko ashi dachi and throw a right shuto uke.
5. Step back into a left junzuki dachi and throw a left jodan uke.
6. Step back into a right junzuki dachi and throw a right gedan uke.
7. Step back into a left junzuki dachi and throw a left gedan uke, followed by a left soto uke then a gyakzuki to the chin.
8. Step back into a right junzuki dachi and throw a right gedan uke, followed by a right soto uke then a gyakzuki to the solar plexus.
9. Step back into a left junzuki dachi and throw a left gedan uke, followed by a left soto uke then a right mae geri to the belt knot and set back into a left junzuki dachi.
10. Step back into a right junzuki dachi and throw a right gedan uke.
11. Step back into a left junzuki dachi and throw a left gedan uke, then a barai (sweep) with your right hand, follow with a right mae geri to the belt knot and set forward.
Pull back into hachiji dachi.
Close from hachiji dachi to masuba dachi then rei.
