The David Deaton Karate Studios Karate Olympics, our second all school function of the year, is gearing up to be a great tournament for our students!

Our Karate Olympics will be held Saturday, October 18 at Wilson Central High School in Lebanon (directions listed below). where we plan on continuing the spirit of Olympic competition and award Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to our Hendersonville, Brentwood and Mt. Juliet team members. Also, the school that wins the most medals at the Karate Olympics wins the school trophy, which stays at the winning school for a year.

The purpose of our intramural events (The Challenge and The Karate Olympics) is to help educate students on tournament competition and help raise funds for Project Sparrow scholarship fund.

Registration Fee

  • By October 15: $40 (BBC $36). 2nd family member $36. 3rd family member $32.
  • After October 15: $45 (BBC $40).
  • At the door (day of event) $45 (No discounts – No exceptions)

Each competition registration fee includes 2 spectator tickets. Additional spectator tickets are $3.00 each. Children 3 and under are free.

  • Take I-65 North to I-40 East
  • Exit 232a (Hwy 109 South)
  • Continue straight on Hwy 109 South (approx. 4 miles)
  • Turn LEFT onto Wildcat Way/Central Pike (1st stop light)
  • School is on the left.
  • Alternate Route

  • I-65 South to I-840 East (Lebanon/Knoxville)
  • Exit 72b (Central Pike/Hwy 109)
  • Turn RIGHT onto Wildcat Way/Central Pike (1st stop light)

From Hendersonville: View Map

  • Take Gallatin Road to 109 South
  • Go across I-40 overpass and continue on 109 South (approx. 4 miles from intersection)
