KIDS KARATE LESSONS
Our Little Dragons karate classes are the perfect for children from 4–6 years of age. Building self-confidence and respect are at the core of every lesson.
KARATE CLASSES FOR CHILDREN
Children from 6–11 years of age love our karate classes! We teach both boys and girls instill the benefits of self-defense and respect into every karate class.
TEENS KARATE CLASSES
Our instructional karate classes for Teens (ages 11 and up) help build strength, self-respect, and the confidence young adults need to face life challenges. While workouts aren’t always easy, we do make them enjoyable.
ADULTS
We understand the importance of teaching karate to all age groups. Our karate classes for teens and adults (18 years +) are great for learning martial arts, self-defense, and a fantastic way to help you get (and keep) in shape.
Parents Night Out
Parents — give yourself a well-deserved break. Parents Night Out is a great opportunity to enjoy a night out while your kids enjoy karate, pizza, and a movie.
